Chocolate Almond Butter Protein Balls

I do one cup and a 1 tbl of coconut oil. FYI for anyone trying to make a certain amount, I found that 3 cups of almonds yieled approximately 1.5 cups of almond butter.. I get roughly a 16 oz jar of almond butter from 3 cups of almonds.

If you make it, I suggest you double the recipe to make a huge batch cause when you eat one you will want to go back for more and more. If your protein balls aren't sticking together well then add some more moisture, in this case I'd suggest adding more almond butter. I’m haven’t had that problem… one thought is to maybe mix it all together more before rolling into balls? My only other thought is that perhaps the almond butter was too dry to begin with?
